1. The customer's order is shipped to the address that he has indicated to Degriffe eshop during his order, by means of the option of Degriffe.

2. The order can be pick-up from the store. When the order is ready a notification will be sent to the customer. The customer can pick up the order from our premises within a period of seven (7) working days from the date of the notification. For the pick-up customer identification is mandatory with his police ID or passport.

Shipment Cost

Shipping costs are depending on the receiver's location. There are no shipping cost for orders orders over 50 € .
